Inside Sales Manager - Koln - €55,000

Optimus Life Sciences are working with a leading Stem Cell Research company to on-board an Inside Sales Manager to be based in their Headquarters in Koln, DE. The role will focus on working alongside established Sales Managers within the European Territories assisting with lead identification and Client interactions. Salesforce experience is necessary for this position.

The role offers the chance to develop within a global Stem Cell company, working with experienced colleagues across international markets. Applicants will ideally have experience working with Salesforce, inside sales, business development and account management. The Client will offer sales training and support, giving the incumbent a clear scope for progression.

This is the ideal role for applicants ranging from people with 1-2 years experience working in the industry looking for a new challenge.

Requirements
  • Ideally 1-2 years' experience in an Inside Sales role within a Scientific Company.
  • Hold a Degree (BSc or MSc) in a Medical/Scientific Field such as Cellular Therapy or Molecular Therapy.
  • Ability to work alongside established Sales Managers to boost company profits and advance Client relationships.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (CRM)
  • Fluency in English - German beneficial.
