PMO Coordinator/PMO Analyst is required by our Financial Services client near Frankfurt and Mannheim to support several Project Managers and Business Analysts delivering a TCF (Treating Customers Fairly) non-IT business change programme. This project is aimed at providing better customer service, increasing customer retention, rectifying discrepancies and rebating customers who may have been charged incorrectly. Ideally applicants applying will already have some German language skills, although non-German speaking applicants will also be considered if they have banking, insurance or Life/400 CSC experience.

The successful PMO Coordinator/PMO Analyst will already have a keen eye for detail with proven skills in performing the typical PMO coordinator type tasks (governance, planning, forecasting, controls) whilst interfacing with customer services type departments and external parties. PMO Coordinators/PMO Analysts will already be customer facing with proven skills in persistently chasing/pushing people for documents/information, tracking documents through successful signoff processes, maintaining a tidy document library and providing QA on all outgoing correspondence. This programme offers great scope for career development and enhancement with some good contractual longevity for the right person.

PMO Coordinators/PMO Analysts MUST be strong and confident communicators with the ability to influence and make decisions quickly in a Matrix-managed environment, ideally with experience gained in continental Europe.
