Enable Now Training Consultant
Whitehall resources are currently recruiting for a SAP Enable now/WPB Trainer for our client in Europe.
Type of work: Ongoing Contract
Start: in Quarter 4, 2017
Work location: Mixture of remote and EU travel
The work:
- Provide consultancy and Training services both remotely and on client site
- Complete additional training and shadowing activities, with focus to adopt client values and way of work
- Understand Business needs and advise on the use on SAP tools to cater for business needs
- Promote SAP services and client specific use, through SAP Enable now (Workforce Performance Builder)
- Provide training to end users
Core Skills:
- Project experience for several years (eg role in project as functional SAP consultant, lead end-user training, experience with end-user training strategy plans)
- SAP background and some project experience in any functional area
- Good technical ability, including implementing server-based software (Client Server, web technologies, HTML and JavaScript programming skills)
- Experience with web tools, portals, graphics
Able to:
- Act as intermediary between technical support and customer
- Listen to what customer's really need in the role as trusted advisor
- Empathize with the end user and be logical and systematic
- Travel flexibility
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to learn quickly are key
Nice to have:
- An appreciation of learning/knowledge transfer methods from within programmes or as part of a HR directive/Educational and end-user enablement experience
- Teaching skills or good presentation skills which are needed for the author and Project Manager training
- Graphical editing
- Languages other than English - that they could present in when required.
- Understand the role of Enable Now as part of a complete end-user strategy
