SAP P2P Functional Consultant
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a SAP P2P Functional Consultant for our client in North Germany.
Details:
Role Type: Contract, 100%
Base Location: North Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 - 5 Months
Rate: Daily rate - all inclusive
Tasks:
* Responsible for supporting the procurement-to-pay business processes in SAP including requirements definition, data integrity, testing, training, and reporting
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and resolve business issues and drive innovative solutions
* Helping ensure that quality customer service is provided to SAP systems and their associated business processes
* Independently execute configuration troubleshooting
* Work with subject-matter-experts to identify and define user requirements, and translate them to functional specifications
* Provide functional knowledge on SAP-MM, FI, CO and associated business processes
* Perform configuration analysis and updates across SAP-MM, FI, CO module
* Resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions
* Develop functional specifications and guide the development of those programs within the development team
* Work closely with the Technology team to provide functional support
* Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the life cycle within the project-environment
* Collaborates as needed with SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis
* Facilitates interactions and escalations with appropriate groups (eg project teams)
* Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes
* Able to travel to client sites within central Europe for workshops, trainings etc.
Requirements:
* SAP P2P Expert and minimum 5 years functional experience working with SAP MM, FI, CO
* At least 2 full life cycle SAP implementation experience in the above-mentioned modules
* SAP Solution Manager experience would be nice to have
* Understanding of integration points between different SAP Modules, SAP BW and SAP PI would be an advantage
* Fluent English and fluent German (preferred)
