Your New role :-
IT Project Coordinator eCommerce
From the company center, you support the development and operation of our global B2B eCommerce platform for consumables and service parts within IT. The platform currently contains around 30,000 products and is used by more than 20 sales organizations worldwide. In addition to the rollout into additional countries and sales units, our eBusiness roadmap also includes new product segments as well as an integration into our future strategic information and service portal.
Together with your team colleagues and external partners, you will ensure the success of our eCommerce store
(Shop.heidelberg.com) and future eCommerce solutions.
Your tasks:
- Requirements analysis in cooperation with specialist departments
- Creation of IT specifications
- Coordination of requirements against our partners for development and operation
- Support for worldwide shop administrators through documentation, training and hands-on support
- Implementation of quality assurance and own operational measures

Our requirements:
- Completed studies preferably in the field of computer science, business informatics or business engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the implementation and support of eCommerce applications
- Experience with the shop software Magento
- Communication strength and teamwork
- Very good English skills due to an international team and diverse contacts to users worldwide
- structured, independent and purposeful work as well as customer orientation
- Ability to analyze complex processes, conceptualize them and implement them
