Test- & Release Managern (m/w) für User Acceptance Tests (UAT)Mit rund 1000 angestellten Mitarbeitern und derzeit 500 freien Beratern unterstützen wir namhafte Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung ihrer IT Projekte.
Für einen unserer Kunden in Wiesbaden suchen wir einen Test- & Release Managern (m/w) mit Kenntnissen in User Acceptance Tests auf freiberuflicher Basis.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- Coordinate towards the supplier and manage/support the clients UAT team
- Work hand in hand with the current test manager for the project while taking the communication lead
- Create branching test strategies needed and align them within the client and the supplier
- Responsible for delivery to ComboCard environments such as: UAT and Production
- Plan ComboCard Releases in alignment with others of the client and consider supplier releases, while focus on ComboCard timeline
- Responsible to plan and deploy all project releases internally and align with supplier releases
- Responsible to drive process/tools improvements related to UAT within theproject
- Propose process/tools improvements related to UAT with the client but also jointly with supplier
- Provide input in Feature requirement/preparation sessions and to connect Features to different Test cases, including NFR
- Provide support for operational User Acceptance Tests
- Secure that all stakeholders are involved when planning a release to UAT and production
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Test/Project Manager with extensive experience in UAT
- Experience in leading multiple teams internally and externally
- Experience of working with joint releases considering dependencies between internal and external deployments
- Experience working in both, waterfall and agile methodology but also feature driven development
- Be able to moderate test meetings efficiently and summarize them in accurate and clear way afterwards
- Be able to switch from detail level (test cases) to high level overview summarizing for a senior management
