With the Project it is the target to develop and implement one common Partner Master Data solution, which contains all Customer, Supplier, Competitor and Contact Master Data for all customer entities. This includes the definition of pro-cesses, data models and user interfaces. Worldwide there are currently multiple Customer Master Data solutions (pro-cesses, data models and interfaces) in use. As this complicates overall Master Data Management and additionally prohibits the introduction of new business models and as this is a risk to fulfill the EU-GDPR and IoT principle requirements, it is planned to standardize the Master Data Management solutions worldwide. Target of the projects is - that the Business Partner Master Data is stored on the central platform - that there will be only one unique Business Partner for all legal entities - that there will be one central User Profile The data of the central platform will be used in several Use Cases (e.g. Digital Marketing & Sales, Smart Home, IoT). As the platform will be used all over the world there are questions regarding the fulfillment of the EU-GDPR regulations and standards and IoT principles. Customer has to ensure that with the further development of the new platform all relevant EU-GDPR and IoT principles related requirements are known and appropriately considered during implementation of the platform. But not only for the platform, also organizational requirements need to be covered. For that purpose customer needs support in identifying relevant requirements resulting from these regulations and in proposing measures for the fulfilment of these re-quirements. Finally two audits have to be executed. One for the fulfillment of the EU-GDPR requirements and one for the IoT principles.
