The Central Operational Sales Services (CROSS) project scope is to enhance the existing VGP application components and add new components where required.Main focus of the project is the backend functionality of PKBZ that includes storing aggregating and the provision of sales records.
Furthermore the CROSS is the backend for the strategic customer contact history (CCH) for FACE CC and FACE KM.
Therefore a dedicated data base including services to store and read customer touch points is going to be established.
The CROSS is also a key player for the backend of the Digital Communication Solution (DCS).
It uses the infrastructure that once was developed for InfoServices and is now opened to other clients that want to use the InfoService infrastructure to not need to setup something similar for their needs.
We are looking for a replacement of our Project Management Office.
This job requires strong motivation, excellent communation and conflict management skills as well as the ability and willingness to learn how processes and tools that are being used work.
This resource will coordinate, design, manage and select project management and financial decisions for the project, including 3 Scrum teams.
Furthermore the project management officer will have to implement new and existing requirements and guidelines into the current environment and infrastructure and understand the linkages and dependencies between various projects in the MDC program. No internal resources and no support from other projects are available to fulfill this request.
A denial will cause a heavy lack in the projects organization.
The project is responsible for the delivery of PKBZ backend functionality, the establishment of a strategic customer contact history and backend enhancements for the digital communication solution.
Banking Knowledge: Must have
English and German fluent in both speech and writing.
The main actitivies will be:
- Reporting (Status reporting, SteeCo, etc.)
- Financial Controlling (Planning, execution and adjustment)
- Procurement and vendor management- Using and maintaining of Clarity (internal PM-Software)
- Risk und Issue Management
- Moderation of meetings
- Support in Release planning and execution
- Special tasks
