Mentmore Recruitment is currently partnering with a global technology consultancy who are going through a transformation and seeking a Senior IT Service & Process Architect to support them on this journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation for implementing the operating model (people, process, metrics, data aligned to capability
- Expertise in Process and Organizational Architecture, Policy and Standard development
- Strong partnership with Business, Operations, and other Technology team members
- Communication regarding architectural decisions
- Continuous cross-business knowledge sharing practice
- ITIL/ITSM Process and service management
- Re-use of process and capability components, both across and across the Firm
- Architecture recommendations within a strong commercial context
- Project deliverables that are consistent with Architecture principles, standards, methodologies and industry best practices
- Development of less experienced team members through coaching and team work
Required Skills:
- Must have a college degree, specialized training, or 15 years work experience in this area
- 8 years relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of ITSM/ITIL process architecture and service standards, systems, as well as systems design
- Good understanding of project management methods
- Understanding of relevant technologies and development life cycles
- Strong business and product knowledge
- Basic German speaking required
