we're currently looking for an Interim S&OP Manager (m/w)Your tasks:
- Lead and develop the S&OP department to deliver an S&OP process that covers the needs of the key Supply Chain areas
- Deliver an monthly sales and production plan and make recommendations to the Supply Chain director
- Reporting of monthly key metrics for the business
- Use metrics and data to assess performance and drive improvement projects
- Manage off-specification (H-cat) and slow moving stock (SMS) to ensure the continued reduction of inventory and working capital levels
- As Business Process Owner for the planning & APO processes, ensure timely and accurate updating and maitainence of planning master data
Anforderung:
Skills required:
- Experienced leader in Supply chain planning
- String S&OP process adherence mindset
- Detailed knowledge of the Supply Chain process and priciples with a manufacturing environment
- Substantial experience of operating within a global corporation
- In-depth knowledge of relevant SAP functionality, including the SAP APO module
- In depth- knowledge of SAP planning processes and key integration points
- APICS and Lean/Six Sigma training would be an advantage
- Fluent English (written & spoken)
