We are currently looking for a "Reporting Manager (m/f)" for our customer from the telecommunications industry with the following basic conditions:Start: 01.10.2017
Duration: 5 months +
Workload: 100%
Location: Unterföhring
Tasks:
• Implementation of a sales reporting within the scope of the project “One Sales Foundation” (OSF).
• The reports shall be created with Tableau (v9.1) based on a MS SQL Server database as data source.
• Phase 1: Creation of a solution design for the OSF sales reporting based on our customers reporting requirements
• The task is to create an overall reporting concept in order to get the required KPIs for the below mentioned reports.
• Phase 2: Design, implementation and documentation of data extracts from the MS SQL Server database as basis for Tableau reporting and design, implementation and documentation of Tableau reports
• Required reports:
• Balanced Score Card: daily overview of call and sales KPIs (e.g. Handled/offered calls, availability quota, sales per product category)
• Deep Dive Report: daily detailed reporting on call and sales KPIs as extension of the Balanced Score Card (e.g. sales per product sub-category, enhancement with call center/call cluster view)
• Benchmark Report: weekly comparison of performance of call centers (e.g. call to sale conversion rates, product take rates, hardware quotas, cancelation rates)
• Technical reporting requirements:
• The data extracts have to be optimized in order to have reasonable data loading times.
• Initial loading and report inlife loading times (e.g. filtering, switching of dashboards) have also be within reasonable time frames.
• Documentation:
• The whole process from generating the data extracts to the design of the Tableau reports have to be documented in a manual.
• In addition all calculated KPIs within Tableau have to be recorded in an internal wikipedia.
Requirements:
• Very good English skills
• Very good Tableau skills
• Very good MS SQL skills
