Beschreibung

Responsibilities:
- Manage an IT project for the renewal of an Intranet Portal in the financial industry (based on current best practices)
- Management of the RfI/RfP and the subsequent implementation project
- Project management ensuring the delivery of all relevant artefacts
- Plan, monitor and control program and project progress (schedule, budget, scope, quality)
- Identify, analyze and manage all relevant stakeholders and their requirements
- Identify, analyze, mitigate and monitor program and project risks
- Decision board (Program board/STC) moderation and preparation
- Staff and manage program and project resources (including internal and external staff, third parties/vendors and implementation partners)
- Lead the vendor selection process
- Program and project reporting


Requirements:
- Several years of experience in leading global and international IT programs and projects within the financial industry
- In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
- In-depth knowledge of (digital) CMS (Content Management System) and Collaboration Tools
- Fluent in German and English

Nice to have:
- Higher university degree in computer science or business informatics
- Certificate in project management (PMI or equivalent)
- Knowledge in private banking

- Motivating, conflict solving and decisive personality
