For our client from Munich, we are looking for a project manager (m/w), with the following tasks in large:-To manage the complete project cycle
-Lead and coordinate different project streams, report to steering and advisory boards
-Define and prepare work packages and different project documentation
-Define and create specifications together with different business units
-Define a testing concept
-Attend and manage the complete implementation and test management cycle
In detail:
-Enhanced project governance (if necessary)
-Status reporting (regular and on-demand) about
o the project activities within the reporting period
o outlook of next reporting period
o current risks, issues and outstanding decisions
-Documentation of
o project board meetings
o project progress (project plan)
o project results (milestones)
-Definition, coordination and tracking of all business specifications and required concepts
-Test Management Concept (define test cases with business units, track execution of test cases, document results, manage defects and bug fixing)
-Communication to different business units and project committees
Qualifications
-To handle agile project management methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
-Knowledge in asset management reporting
-Deep experience in creating detailed IT specifications derived from different functional inputs
-High level of independent working, flexibility, and resilience
-Goal-oriented, team-centric, communicative and proactive
-Planning, coordinating, monitoring, and regular tracking of the defined work packages
-Building of strong, collaborative relationships across the project streams
-Ability to work under stressful conditions
-Ability to solve unique and complex problems
-Excellent presentation skills
-Excellent communication skills in German and English
