Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen Workstream leader (m/w).Independently manage selected Chatbot project – jointly with pilot OEs
Develop use cases and select vendor – jointly with pilot OE
Develop approach to ensure reusability/ scalability to other countries/ languages
Provide input to potential tender with global provider
Conduct research on latest developments around Chatbot globally
In addition to Chatbot, also drive Log-in manager topics for Allianz Global Digital Factory
STRONG REQUIREMENTS:
Startup mentality (has worked at a startup)
Innovative thinker (design thinking!)
Strong technology affinity (new technologies - Chatbots is a PLUS)
out of the box thinker, open minded
keep the corporate part always in the mind
Tasks: will be doing research on different new technology topics
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant Master’s degree
3-5+ year’s work experience
Passion for digital (technology and business perspective)
Tech savviness in digital innovation and IT design & development
Experience in design thinking and agile project management a plus
As a plus: project experience with technologies using Artificial Intelligence/Chatbot and/or Authentication
Insurance background nice to have
Excellent English skills, other languages a plus
