Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen Project manager/ journey navigator (m/w).- Support product owner by actively driving project
- Plan project and contribute to execution
- Actively engage in content development
- Closely interact with design agency (on operational level)
- Coordinate stakeholders (OE-underwriters, Group center colleagues, IT)
STRONG REQUIREMENTS:
- Startup mentality (has worked at a startup)
- Innovative thinker (design thinking!)
- Strong technology affinity (new technologies - Chatbots is a PLUS)
- out of the box thinker, open minded
- keep the corporate part always in the mind
- Tasks: will be doing research on different new technology topics
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Relevant Master’s degree
- 5+ years experience
- Project management experience
- Tech savviness in digital innovation and IT design & development
- Experience in design thinking and agile project management is a plus
- Strong soft skills (esp. communication, also to senior management)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Insurance background nice to have
- Excellent English skills, other languages are a plus
