Projektbeschreibung/Aufgaben/Rolle:

Our Client has roughly 300 roaming agreements a year. In order to manage the increasing volume of contracts they need the agile process and contract management system to manage these contracts. There are several teams involved into the contract process – Wholesale, Account Management, Business Development and Legal and Finance as support functions. Our client requires to assess the processes put in place for the contract management to the efficiently apply these processes in the contract management system.
Our client requires the assessment of the current processes in place by conducting a deep dive with key stakeholders to find potential process improvements for the following:
- Wholesale Trading contract management process – when the IOT deal is closed the contract management process begins (drafting, internal review (includes Finance & Legal teams), review by 3rd Party, approval process, storage);
- Account Management contract management process – updates to the roaming agreement when necessary (drafting, review by 3rd Party, approval process, storage)
- Business Development contract management process (drafting, internal review, review by 3rd Party, approval process, storage)

As a result of this assessment the expert is required to produce a report highlighting areas of improvements and suggestions to how to improve the process. The focus should be on managing contracts in fast and simple way having all the legal and auditing checks completed.

Our client is looking into revising the current contract management processes so they are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in processes and in contract management and can advise the best way to modify the process.
