Your tasks
- Realisation of the given (short, medium and long-term) goals
- Lead and motivate the entire department outside and inside in accordance with the general guidance instructions of the company
- Optimal communication and coordination at all levels
- Production of annual budget planning
- Participation in the design of the product range
- Participation in the development of strategic guidelines
- Maintenance of important customer contacts involving the employees concerned
- Objective and periodic monitoring of target achievement
- Semi-annual performance evaluation
- Ensuring the training of new employees
- Informing employees about all relevant processes
- Installation annual borrowing requirements
- Performing goal-setting discussions with employees
- establish long deadlines personnel development planning
- Work distribution to the groups and the priority occupation for its employees
- Approval of Missions and programs for the downstream areas
- Participation in meetings of the leadership circle
- Budget, cost and work planning of each department
- Controlling and analysing the results thereof
- Overall responsibility for the department
your profile
- University degree in technical fields (computer science/electrical/or similar), with business knowledge
- Expertise and experience in the field: Internet/Cloud Services, Data Center
- preferably Cloud Services, Data Center Construction & Operations, Grid Computing
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
- Executive experience with - previously group leaders, project managers, etc.
- Knowledge of Embedded Developement, focus on automotive advantage
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
