Our client, the world's leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry is recruiting for a Sales Operations Manager/Coordinator to join their business in the Germany.

Responsibilities:
Provide two-fold commercial and administrative support to our Commercial Key Account Management team within Germany:
- Standardization of documents & processes
-- Develop Sales presentations (e.g. powerpoint)
-- Create offers and manage approval process
-- Handle contract preparation and closing
-- Manage contract administration and administer renewal contract processes
-- Standardize and maintain account plans
-- Manage result summaries (quarterly) for top management
- Organizational
-- Coordinate Key Account meetings, including recording minutes and managing topics
-- Record and keep track of team results
-- Produce customer surveys, regarding operations, budgets, development, SPL
- Research (regularly)
-- Analyse customer positioning and conduct white-spot analysis
-- Keep to date with current top 10 accounts and develop customer newsletter regularly
- Customer Care
-- Proactively provide customer care to support the KAM team
-- Participate, prepare, and follow up for customer appointments
-- Track and enforce customer requests inter-organizationally
-- Actively monitor and follow up on customer projects and manage customer relationships and expectations

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of business management, customer orientated, or support roles
- Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), SalesForce/QlikView and computer skills
- Strong business acumen and acuity
- Charismatic communicator and collaborative team player
- Business Fluent (Native) German and English language
