Tasks• Build Master Project Plan
• Build detailed roadmap along with timelines
• Build roll out plan
• Develop Project charter, Steering Committee Charter and template of focused group charters
• Validate project governance set up
• PMO – Establish frame work for project management oversight
• Support build of focused groups and define the operating model
• Support potential re-structuring to suit objectives of transformation project
• Support build of harmonization efforts with broader organization to suit objectives of transformation project
• Support build of optimization efforts to suit objectives of transformation project (processes, governance, systems, tools etc)
• Identify potential risks of transformation and plan mitigation steps
• Define KPIs for Transformation Project and to measure the success of the project
• Build resourcing plan for transformation project
• Build transition plan, training plan, communication plan and change management plan (with focus on culture journey) within transformation project
Skills
• strong expertise and experience on organizational transformation in the domain of pharma and biotech industry preferably within Development Units.
• Proven successful track record of change management in large and multiples teams working in matrix environment.
• Previous experience in organizational restructuring.
• Previous experience in harmonization efforts similar to “mergers”.
