Position: SAP MM/PP Support Consultant
Contract Duration : 12 Months
Job location: Hamburg, Germany
Language: German Speaker
Must Have: 3 years' experience in SAP Support for Business process requirements. Should include at least 1 year' experience in SAP MM/PP module experience and at least one full end-to-end support cycle experience.
- Ability to communicate and bridge business requirements to IT solution specifications.
- Highly-motivated, self-directed, and able to effectively lead efforts including delivery first line support as a single point of contact for onsite end-user community, local Application Management process and call handling. Also, who can pro-actively assist end-users and resolve problems within own capability
- Strong SAP functional module knowledge (ieMaterials Management, Warehouse Management, Prodduction Planning)
- Filter problems likely to be solved locally on site from typically incidents to be routed to the Second Line Support
- Support change requests, testing, acceptance and local implementation of application & business process changes
- Perform end-user training if required by business team.
- Daily operations monitoring, workflow resolution, interfacing supervision
- Phone & personal application support of SAP end users in fields of procurement, maintenance, warehousing, finance
- Participation in global key user communities
- Support for new order flow/business set up. Drive for incident resolution and improvement.
