Job Description:
Summary:
Communication Lead for project Data center migration/consolidation. Primary language for communication materials and meetings is English; some materials are also published in a German version, and German is used as standard working language.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain/review/update existing communication strategy and communication plan.
- Create communications materials for various media and target audiences (slides, targeted emails, newsletters, forum posts, Intranet posts).
- Write communication targeted to Application owners, stakeholders and higher management.
- Publish or distribute communication to target audience, or arrange distribution/publication.
- Prepare overview presentations, newsletter updates etc.
- Prepare and/or review meeting minutes, status reports etc.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings (eg Steering Committee meetings, Team meetings, Team Workshops).
- Coordination and scheduling of Stakeholder alignment meetings Liaise/align with other Communication Leads (eg. communication Leads of site Mannheim).
Required Skill:
- Ability to present project information to different audiences with adequate language and appropriate level of technical detail .
- Facilitation skills .
- Understanding of Management of Change in an IT transformation project .
Education: University degree Bachelors, Masters or Similar
Languages: Fluent in English and German
