For one of our clients we are looking for an Saperion Anydoc Project supportProject Description:
The whole vacant position is placed in the IT Department handling the Purchase to Pay environment. In this Area the client is using the Software called Saperion which is steering the posting and approving of invoices via a complex workflow.
Task Description:
• Coordination of implementation of changes and fixes
• Creation of documentation in the areas of concepts, application management, operations
• Creation upgrade concept, project plan, budget, communication plan
• Support a SAP system move
• Steer smaller projects in the area of Saperion
• Handle E-invoicing functionality
• Support a project which is handling Robotics in Saperion and Anydoc
• Understand and support HR Connection which is needed for the application approval part
• Support a server move project for Saperion, Anydoc and Qlikview
• Create a functional Design for a possible replacement solution of the Saperion tool including all known capabilities of the Saperion tool and all capabilities which should be available in the next tool. This information need to be collected together with our internal PTP organization
• Connected to Saperion are different other tools. One of this is a scan application called Anydoc which also needs to be supported
o Handle change requests
o Check application for possible replacements
o Handle projects for Anydoc
