One of our clients based in Munich is looking for a project/service manager to stabilize the operational interface between Business to Business (B2B) and Network Technology (NT) units.
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge about network services and ideally of network rollout
- Good understanding of managing high level Network KPIs and can translate them into actions for improving customer experience
Responsibilities may include:
- Carrying out first evaluation of the network status (in self-service tools, eg HD Insight)
- Preparing the status of most relevant quality issues as well as implication for the customers and outlook for improvement
- Capture defined operation SLAs agreed between B2B and NT
- Ensure reliability of improvement plans committed to our customers and prepare description of customer experience
- etc.
Strong communication skills since this role will track and escalates network customer complaints and prepare communication packages for the sales team

Location: Munich
Project duration is planned for 3 months, planned start Mid of July.
