Our client is seeking a German speaking Project Manager fro a 9 month engagement based in Germany. You only require conversational German however you do require exceptional change management skills. The role will see you managing a small number of direct reports and working as Project Lead. You should be skilled and qualified in at least on structured Project Management Methodology such as Prince2, APMP and have a track record of delivery across large and complex projects. We are sector agnostic what matters most is your capacity to deliver results. You will have ideally had some exposure to M & A and be used to gluing cultures together to bring about high performance.
You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and be an influencer. This is a long term contract opportunity for an autonomous PM who is open to sharing and embedding best practice and can be parachuted in to our client engagement with a warm handover.
