The client is in the middle of a optimization project with the goal and a new approach to further optimize the cost management, enabling them to re-invest funds to fuel the growth ambition. It increases global cost transparency and enables the client to spend in the most efficient and effective way.
Department description:
The Business Intelligence Consulting team is part of the clients' Integrated Business Solutions and is responsible for designing and implementing global standard BI solutions with more than 7.500 users, 250TB of data and 42 global applications.
The Business Analyst will be the vital link between the information technology capacity and the business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of the software product's features.
Skills:
- Excellent university degree in computer sciences or a related subject; focus on business administration is beneficial
- At least 5 years professional years in the area of Business Intelligence
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Knowledge in generating process documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Goal/Tasks
The client will transfer and extend the Business Intelligence application for internal cost to a new technology
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Define reporting requirements
- Support on design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to team
