Alignment of projects strategic concept for customers privacy principles

Assessment and documentation of customers current permission environment; gap analysis of as-is and to-be environment in accordance to project strategic concept & projects deliverables in Phase III; development & implementation of the most effective and necessary adjustments of the existing data processing & permission environment at customer to enable group-wide analytics approach delivered by Phase III Projects.

Prepare project program in changes regarding new EU data privacy regulations (EU DS-GVO); hedging risks, leveraging new possibilities.

Support in project realization regarding permissions, privacy and legal questions

Aufgabenbeschreibung
Comprehension of data privacy laws, related IT-regulations (TMG etc.), ideally competition law.

Experience in marketing, email marketing, permission marketing

Ideally knowledge of EU and Swiss data privacy regulation

Ideally understanding the impact of data privacy regulations and standards for analytical models

Ideally industry knowledge on data privacy law and permission marketing gained on big data & advanced analytics projects or environments.

Options to obtain marketing permissions and their legal impacts

Ideally ability to train, monitor and generally work with various internal stakeholders in the organization on the implementation of data protection policies Level: Senior Consultant (f/m)




Remote-Arbeit (1 Tag pro Woche) nach einer gewissen Zeit ggf. vorstellbar. Verlängerung bis Ende des Jahres wahrscheinlich und ggf. Optionen für 2018.
