Task description
• Improve the functionality & usability of GPS (Global Program System) and to onboard additional lines of business
• Re-platforming of GPS functionality of existing LOBs (Liability, Property, Financial Lines, Marine) to PEGA
• Integration of document management systems like Thunderhead and FileNet via BIH
• Data migration: Skeleton migration of existing GPS database
• Reporting: Implement solution for Management Reporting
• Stakeholder Analysis and management plan

Qualifications
• Several years of experience as a change manager
• Excellent awareness of corporate communications and project dynamics
• Knowledge about marketing & communications
• Skilled in negotiating and influencing
• Global Insurance Solutions knowledge a benefit
• Project Management & compliance awareness and experience would be beneficial
• Very good German and English skills
