- Professional experience: 5-10 years
- Deep understanding of application landscape/portfolio
- Very good overview of business processes and priorities
- Medium to good technology knowledge
- Technical Skills: SOA, UML, BPM, FML, RUP, MDA, EAM, Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, Application Architect
- Coaching: substantiated, long-time and excellent track record in education/coaching of Architects
- Management-oriented: confident in communication on area manager level; confident structure and elaboration of decision papers.
- Communication skills: excellent; absolutely confident in technical and formal commanication incl. Powerpoint

Your Tasks
- Structuring and shaping overall IT target architecture (incl. domain/business capability view and technology radar)
- Planning and shaping architecture roadmap and IT project portfolio (with respect to architecture)
- Developing architecture guidelines
- Running the architecture governance process
- Infusing innovation and new thinking
- Connected beyond the enterprise (InsurTech scene, accelerators, other industries, ...)
