*Excellent consulting skills *Strong people management and people development experience and skills *Strong supplier relationship management experience and skills, including planning and delivering continual improvements *Excellent knowledge of business process mapping to SAP CRM *Very strong senior business stakeholder management skills *Very strong and demonstrable evidence of having delivered SAP CRM projects *Extensive experience of SAP CRM - from both a functional and technical perspective *Demonstrable evidence of having operated as a SAP CRM expert *Highly experienced in working within a regulated industry *Very strong analytical skills *Excellent problem solving skills *Proficient in conflict management, negotiation and prioritisation *Knowledge of Agile Project Methodology and its application to a SAP Competency Centre / centre of excellence *Very strong communication skills (Fluent German)
