Scrum Master (f/m) Are you currently looking for a new challenge? Are you a Scrum Master and happy to take a leading role in a project in Würzburg? If yes - have a look at my client's project: My client is an energy provider and currently searching for a Scrum Master at his branch in Würzburg. Your tasks: As Scrum Master you are responsible for the development process of a scrum team. Therefore you are in charge of the following duties: You assist the teams in order to coordinate resources You cater for a productive environment You take care of the communication between different team members Your Skills: You are familiar with agile practices, service oriented procedures and development practices such as SAFe, DAD and lean UX You understand the value of metrics (burndown, velocity, task definition) You are able to motivate a team and work transparent You have excellent communication skills and an outstanding process of decision making Basic Information: Start: June 2017 End: 31.
