For one of our clients we are looking for a Project Manager DigitalTask Description:
• Lead and do the program management of the User Experience project with focus on the Swiss Market until end of 2017 including managing the agency and the different verticals within the private clients section. In addition kick off additional UX projects with focus on other areas of the website.
• Run different sub streams, including driving the discovery phase to derive personas and customer understanding, content rewriting, user journey definition, design work, user tests, but also oversee the implementation and publishing to ensure quality control prior to go live
• UX consulting and promote design thinking to change the culture to be customer centric
• Ensure stakeholder communication and prepare demonstrations and facilitate approvals with senior stakeholder

• Between 2 – 10 years of experience
• Agile and waterfall methodic
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland
