Job Description
A big consultancy is looking for at an expert for the consulting life cycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in working on/delivering/managing ITSM/App Management/IT Infra Management projects in Matrix environment
- Experience with Business Analysis, IT application development methodologies Scrum, Agile etc.
- Experience with developing, documenting, implementing, and managing ITIL and IT Service Management framework and processes
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (mandatory)- Incidents, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Release, Configuration & CMDB
- Expert at Process design, workflow mapping, and functional specification documentation
- Experience with Application Development and a flair for S/W design and development (preferably Java, .NET apps)
- Experience with working on projects in an onsite-offshore set-up in a multicultural environment
- Strong coordination, project management, communication, customer handling and stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of MPP and other PM applications
- ITIL Certification (Mandatory)
- ServiceNow Admin Certification (Mandatory)-
Preferred
- ServiceNow Implementation (Highly Preferred)
- PRINCE2/PMP Certified (Preferred)
