Consolidation CoordinatorOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for an Consolidation Coordinator to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Consolidation Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: July 2017
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- Meetings with Partner and customer on process defined meetings and escalations
- Partner engagement to make sure partner are delivering accordingly, by weekly meetings f2f
- Monitoring status Milestones in customer databases, and internal database
- Responsibility Consolidation Project
- Reach annual targets defined by management, commitment to those targets
- Deliver on time and quality, by tracking all milestones and synchronize the reporting with defined partner and customer
- Coordination and execution of the work towards defined partners
- Internal alignment with all departments involved
- Day to day coordination with employees/consultants involved
- Day to Day coordination with Sub Region Project manager Consolidation
Qualifications:
- The resource has strong analytical skills, rollout / swap project background and is able to develop reporting requirements.
- Prefered work experience with Telefonica or E-Plus
- Tool knowledge: Rollout Tools APT, Netsite, x:acta, daylight, MW/packet node planning tools, Rambo, transtool
- Fluent German and English language
