Task description
• Support initiative to standardize the contractual set-up
• Shape contractual documents including important cornerstones with regard to planning, process, finance and legal
• Preparation of status, decision points and results for Senior Management
• Reporting
• Contract Management

Qualifications
• Experience in an IT shared services and outsourcing environment
• Knowledge of leading practices in shaping contracts
• Experience in working in a multinational company
• Intercultural competence, team spirit
• Profound MS Office skills, especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Very good English language skills, German language advantageous
