For our Customer, a international Mobile Carrier, we are looking for a experienced (7+ years) candidate suiting the following profile:Required Skills:
- Service Management (ITIL)
- Service Transition (ITIL)
- Project Management (PMI/PRINCE)

- IP and Transmission network infrastructure
Tasks:
- Manage the proactive readiness of operations for new and changed services
- Manage the proactive readiness of operations for new and changed infrastructure
- Ensure that all operational capabilities are clarified, available and assured.
- Lead proactive risk management during a service go life
- Maintain close working relationship with support and operations teams to track short and long term effectiveness of service enablement
- Steer relevant service readiness meetings and provide input to and participate in GO / no GO decision making for projects
- Responsible for the execution of Operational Gates for releases and demand projects through the support partners and to report results into corresponding boards.
