For one of our clients we are looking for a PMO ConsultantProject Description:
Merger & Acquisition Integration project running parallel in 4 geographical regions with headquarters in Düsseldorf. Within the program all acquired sites will be integrated in client´s infrastructure as well as ERP landscape.
Task Description:
• Administrative organization of a weekly Project Core team with 4 regions participating incl.
• Independent creation of qualified minutes of meetings
• Follow-up of open actions
• Structured consolidation of information from four geographic regions
• Alignment of actions and work results with other non-IT work streams
• Set-up and operating of a weekly project reporting (KPI driven) incl. consolidation from geographic regions and preparation of a condensed project report
• Consolidation of risks and issues from the regions
