We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany and UK

Position Title: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Skilled Business Analyst would be a link between a company’s information technology capabilities and its business objectives, able to translate customer needs into new products, services, and profits.
- Core responsibilities include business requirements management and development of technical solutions for business problems.
- The business analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
- BA would be assisting with the business case, eliciting requirements, requirements organization, translating and simplifying requirements, requirements management and communication, and requirements analysis.
- Using requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements.
- Master strategic business process modeling, traceability and quality management techniques.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst, ideally for a ITO company.
- Asset finance / auto lending or a strong accounting background with financial services background.
- Expertise in international knowledge transfer projects, making sure that all the operational daily activities are well defined and documented.
- Change management expertise and capacity to work in complex environments.
- Experience with Software Operations best practices and ability to document business flows.
- Project management experience with keeping track of progress of the knowledge transfer.
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- English + German language required if applying for Stuttgart.
