Role:
Own the overall devices & services business analysis & planning. Capture key industry trends and resulting objectives. Track strategy implementation and share broadly across x-functional stakeholders.
Ensure execution of mobile devices & services objectives through tight market governance.
Key accountabilities:
Define devices & services annual plan on key planning themes (trends, technology, supplier balancing, total and our client's specific handset market stats, portfolio blueprint)
Support devices & services internal governance; support implementation of annual planning objectives & strategy through market guidance
Assess devices & services performance vs. planned objectives and communicate results
Drive and support key business projects within the devices & services community, incl. identification of themes, structuring and analytics and communication
Link with business intelligence teams to step up analytics capability of the function and optimize current tools
Facilitate monthly product & services newsletter input from mobile products & services team

Core competencies:
- Knowledge of the Mobile Industry (2-4 years’ experience) - ideally relevant industry or consultant background
- Strong analytical skills; ability to structure complex problems; experience in modelling, target setting, etc.
- Good communicator (oral and written); ability to lead larger meetings incl. senior stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high proficiency with numbers required for communication of performance to external stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Team player in international team
