Within the Pan-European MDM team, the customer master data specialist will:
- Be the intake point for all requests regarding the customer (Wholesale/Concession/Consignment/Partnership stores/Non trade/Intercompany/FOC/Agents) coding process area, this for all systems involved
- Accountable for reviewing customer creation/change requests to check data completeness and quality, collects missing information, filters potential duplicate requests
- Management of the customer approval process
- Responsible for creating/maintaining customers in SAP MDG and all related systems according to internal standards
- Responsible for monitoring proper transmission of customer data from eTAF to SAP MDG, keeping JBA in sync with these systems for payment terms and GL accounts
- Responsible for evaluating and approving the change requests and initiating/communicating the change into the organization, notifying all relevant parties about customer creation/update, communicating closely with the Customer service department to align creation of ship to accounts
- Analyse process area & data quality to ensure optimal efficiency and if applicable, initiate change initiatives to improve the process and data quality.
- Ensure compliance/implementation of Pan-European Master data standards
- Ensure a good insight into the application landscape that is relevant for the process area
