Here is a great opportunity to join their mission in 2017 and lead a talented programming team as Scrum Master.
As part of the job you'll be:
- Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and retrospectives
- Guide and mentor fellow staff members to help them learn the Scrum methodology
- Deal with stakeholders, lead discussions to facilitate the decision-making process
- Engage with Product Owners and promote Agile principles
The successful candidate should have:
- Prior professional experience working as a Scrum Master
- Scrum Master certification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
