Aufgaben:

We are currently searching for a Business Analyst (m/f) for our client.


Your tasks are:
+ To align legal & GDPR requirements for retail data use cases with the Group Data Protection department
+ Conduct PIAs for Retail Data and get approval to run proof of concept within company markets
+ Provide privacy guidance & push on consent collection to make data re-usable, re-sellable and complete (360 customer profiles)
+ Make a framework to assess all markets'' as-is
+ Assure GDPR guidelines as set are followed: cookie law, opt-in, data consents (incl 2nd and 3rd party data)
+ Create an optimization plan and roadmap towards May 2018

Anforderungen:

Must have:
+ Expert knowledge: data protection law and data protection practices
+ Deep technical knowledge of the law and an operational knowledge of how to apply the law in practice
+ Experience in knowing how to carry out a data protection impact assessment - know how to create and maintain a data protection register and how to manage data classification
+ Strong communication skills: being able to communicate strategically
+ Having knowledge in running proof of concepts and Retail Data use cases, e.g. from testing AdTech like Customer Match to 3rd party data enrichment and cross market sharing of solutions and capabilities

Nice to have:
+ Deeper knowledge in English, German
