Liebe Project Manager,nachstehend eine Anfrage bei der wir aktuell Unterstützung benötigen.
Positionsbezeichnung: Project Manager B2B e-commerce shop (f/m)
Projektbeschreibung: Lead project to develop/ install a B2B e-commerce shop solution for Beauty Care Professional Business.
Anforderungen: - Elaborate and present Decision Paper for Executive Management Board and Project Steering Committee incl. business case
- Presentations to Excecutive Management Board and Project Steering Committee on status and progress of project
- Gather and define the needed business requirements for the future B2B e-commerce shop solution in cooperation with stakeholders (sales, marketing, customers, customer service, IT)
- Elaborate a detailed Request For Proposal (RFP) aligned to Legal, Purchase and Compliance standards
- Selection of Supplier/ Agency based on the RFP
- In cooperation with IT definition of timelines and milestones for the solution build based on an agile and flexible approach
- Project administration to ensure transparency on progress reports and budget spend report
- Lead and steer project team across departments and countries
- Organize and lead project meetings and workshops
- Issue management and problem solving, conflict handling within project team and stake holders
- Ensure project is in time and in budget with a successful B2B e-commerce shop solution which gives significant added value to our customers and ensures the assumed benefits from business case
