SAP Master Trainer FI/CO
Whitehall Resources are currently recruiting for a SAP Master Trainer FI/CO for our client in Germany.
Role Type: Contract, 100%
Base Location: NRW, Germany with travel (BE, FR, IT, ES, US)
Start Date: 12.06.2016
End Date: 29.09.2017 (1st wave. Option for additional waves)
Duration: 3 months
Language: English/German, training development and delivery language English
Charge Rate: Euros/h - Plus expenses
Description/Tasks:
- Familiarisation with client processes in cooperation with subject matter experts
- Identify training needs, create curriculum
- Align with client on local roles and users and perform business role mapping to course modules
- Define pragmatic training design and media to be developed for delivering delta information as well as process and system training for users covering completely new roles in addition to their current roles (all users are already familiar with SAP)
- Develop SAP training media in English language (re-use some existing material available in German language only as starting point)
- Prepare demonstration and hands-on exercises on SAP client
- Deliver end user SAP training (mainly delta training) approx. 1 week per country at one site per country (countries wave 1: BE, FR, IT, ES, US)
Skills needed:
We are looking for candidates who are experienced master trainers with strong didactic and process skills.
Candidates are expected to be:
- Used to work with challenging environments of mid-size clients (familiarise with client processes although documentation is very limited, limited standardisation eg standard roles)
- Good communicators, self-initiative driving the analysis and development activities by aligning with multiple stakeholders and structured workers, using the rare time of the supporting process experts efficiently
- Experienced trainers knowing how to build or assemble pragmatic training media starting from creating simple videos for self-paced introductory training to typical instructure led training media (process overview slides, work instructions, quick reference guides, rapid eLearning)
- Used to deliver SAP training to end users in multiple countries in English language
- Fluent English and German
