For one of our Clients in Düsseldorf area we are looking for a Domain Architect (m/f).Tasks:
Development, evaluation and documentation of the architecture
Maintains the architectural baseline and target architecture
Continuously analyzes and updates documentation of the current architecture and domain model
Develops the target architecture in close alignment the Enterprise Architect and under consideration of IT strategic guidelines
Steers and enforces application landscape transformation and implementation by development of regional roadmaps to move as-is to the target application portfolio and to decommission legacy
Reviews incoming demands in light of architectural principles supporting the decision-making process
Consults Product Management and the IT organization on domain relevant architectural and technological aspects
Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in analysis, design and development of application systems and software architecture, preferable in an logistics environment.
Knowledge of standard architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and object/information modelling
Profound knowledge of software development lifecycles, software engineering and software design
Fluency in written and spoken English
Willingness to travel (internationally)
The ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders
