For our client located in Dusseldorf we are currently looking for a Tax consultant with strong VAT background.
Start: ASAP
End: October 2017
Volume: 20 hours per week (may increase a bit at a later stage)
Language: English
Location: remote (only a few onsite occurrences needed)
Tasks
- Determining, analysing and consulting on business processes in regards to VAT compliance
- Supporting the business and ensuring that topics are translated into our ERP-system in collaboration with our IT-specialists
- Requesting advise and coordinate external tax advisors
- Creating awareness of relevant VAT-topics and executing trainings within the client's group
- Coordinating on processes that need to be aligned with our Shared Service Centre in Manila and Bratislava
- Supporting user acceptance testing before go-live of new environment
- Monitoring, improving and documenting global VAT process
- Coordinating open topics and address within central and local team as well as Business Process Owner
