Responsibilities:
* Ability to create end-to-end Non Functional test solutions
* Good understanding of PTLC including Non-functional Requirements gathering, Workload Modelling, Performance Test Strategy Preparation, Script Development, Test Execution, Reporting, Analysis, Capacity Planning, Bottleneck Detection and Performance Engineering.
* Good domain knowledge on Insurance sector.
* Good mix of both Management and Technical skills, crucial for understanding and executing projects.
* Good exposure in Managing and Leading testing teams by successfully executing projects right till completion.
* Good exposure in Relationship Management, Client Interfacing and Project Management.
* Good exposure to Performance Testing/Security Testing and Test Data Management tools
* Should have Managed strategic relationships with key organizations within Technology and Operations at customers.
* Developed shared performance testing methodology for client implementations and provided project planning, scoping assistance on performance testing engagements to ensure success.
* Team player with excellent Communication, Leadership qualities, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong Technical Skills, with wide exposure to various technologies and tools.
* Managing a small team and ensure the project delivery is on track.
* Review the Test results, Validate Test requirements, Create Test plans, Design test and manage timelines.
* Bottleneck analysis, fine tuning the application, performance monitoring and defect resolution
