My Client is currently in the market for a Data Scientist with Data mining experience along with analysis, visualisation and interpretation.
Skills in some or all of the following are a great benefit:
- Statistical modelling tools (eg R, Python, SAS)
- HIVE or similar SQL based languages
- Hadoop or similar predictive analytics and "Big Data" tools
- Visualisation (for example Tableau or D3 or Power BI)
- Presentation of your findings
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You can collaborate across organisational boundaries, embrace change, work in Matrix management arrangements and be deployed to different teams and projects - You have excellent interpersonal skills
- You build rapport and credible, trusted, strong working relationships
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistical Science or equivalent experience
- You're analytical, naturally inquisitive, and enjoy problem solving. You're driven to understand why things happen
