Montash are currently looking for 2 project managers to work with a Pharmaceuticals company in Germany working on their global rollout.
Main skills:
- SAP SRM, Catalogue Content Management (Hubwoo), Electronic Document Exchange (Hubwoo), Excel
- Excellent knowledge in end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes and systems
- Experienced project manager, used to working with conflicting priorities
Main tasks:
- Maintain HR org structure in SRM, including company codes, plants, purchasing organization, purchasing groups, attribute templates, CPIC user
- Maintain attributes and responsibilities
- Maintain delivery addresses
- Align, prepare and upload content of mapping tables
- Maintain purchasing group relationships
- Setup/Maintain HR mini master data
- Setup Catalogue Content Management: framework + internal & external catalogues, also for Plant Maintenance
- Nominate suppliers for catalogue and Quick Quote
- Manage supplier on-boarding for electronic document exchange
- Support with Hyper-care
