The key project is to build Curation Engine which enables to provide relevant content for individuals based on but not limited to: risk profile, origin, financial situation, knowledge and personal interests.Workload: 100%

Requirements
• Good understanding of technical architecture and IT systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to connect business and IT.
• Expressing leadership, commitment & attention to details on business and technical level.
• Orchestrate backlog grooming, creating epics and elicit business requirements by writing user stories.
• Software Development & Release Management (best: hands on JAVA, Spring & API's).
• Highly motivated to grow oneself and the team.
• Financial literacy.
• UML / BPMN / Enterprise Architect Java hands on experience & willingness to deep dive on technical level.
• Define business process as well as IT solution architecture.
Soft Skills
• Comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels, able to work across teams and functions.
• A great communicator and collaborator able to to connect business and IT.
• Organized and structured in your approach.
• Highly motivated to grow yourself and the team.
• Fluent in English. German is beneficial but not a must.
