We are currently recruiting for our client, a worldwide, leading consultancy company focusing on Management, IT Consulting, Technology Services and Outsourcing, to support their project in Germany.

As a Vice President - Vehicle Electronics, you are responsible for leading a global team of engineers to design and develop E/E architecture and advanced Electronic systems for OEMs & Tier-1s. You are responsible for ensuring that all elements of architecture, standards, compliance and vehicle integration are delivered on time and with Quality. The Vice President - Vehicle Electronics serves in an expert capacity to mentor development engineers and ensure compliance to standards.
In addition you are responsible for strategic planning and delivering responses to new opportunities, you should have extensive knowledge in Vehicle E/E architecture and Electronic systems and ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Brand building
- Responsible to build growth strategy and plan for the automotive electronics with key stakeholders and creating strong value proposition for target & existing clients across the value chain (Vehicle E/E architecture, ADAS/Autonomous, Electrification and Connected Cars). Regularly monitor sales trends, market/ competition dynamics, and incorporate into existing strategy and plan.
- Responsible to build new solutions/service portfolio, proof of concepts and pitches based on customer market/technology/customer perspectives and competitive intelligence by working closely with the solutions leaders. Build partnerships & go-to-market strategies for strategic solutions to reduce time to market and expanding the market presence.
- Responsible to build the brand: Exemplify automotive leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership. Showcase automotive solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.

Financials:
- Responsible for meeting financial objectives, improve the key parameters to improve the revenues & margins

Delivery & Customer Management
- Responsible for developing strategy/account plan for the existing accounts to increase automotive electronics market share and also share of wallet of the account with the customer. Review periodically progress against account plan, other related developments and monitor client/competition dynamics and incorporate into existing account plan.
- Responsible for delivering solutions and responses to new opportunities and for large opportunities from existing & new accounts with the help of solutions, pre-sales, account teams and key stakeholders. Increase in deal signing margins and conversion ratio through consultative selling, single source deals and a coordinated sales strategy.
- Responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration in various functions, including outside CTO - Build a trusted group of reference-able customers who can vouch for TechM.
- Responsible for planning and delivery: Conduct regular delivery reviews delivery schedule, cost, quality compliance, value addition, economic resource utilization and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for driving thought leadership activities eg. Contribution to newsletter, case studies in books, research with academia, speaking opportunities. Building partnerships with Industry consortiums for the solution initiatives.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Previous experience in managing large engineering services business in multi customer environment.
- In-depth knowledge of domain and business environment in OEM/Tier-1 Electronics engineering area.
- Knowledge of global automotive industry trends, emerging technologies, platforms, products, Systems and its impact on Engineering Services
- Knowledge of OEM/Supplier customer’s delivery management, various delivery models etc., Understands the delivery cycle well. Experience in Large Projects management / Programs management
